Product contact parts made in 316L Stainless Steel. Heavy duty one piece welded frame in 304 Stainless Steel. Capable of filling from high viscosity mayonnaise and hair gel to water thin products. The machine can be purchased with as few as 2 pistons and later increase it's capacity by buying only additional pistons and nozzles (Up to 10 pistons with 34.5 Oz capacity, up to 12 pistons with 20.3 Oz, up to 14 pistons with 10,15 OZ and up to 16 of the smaller size). Fill volume from 10cc with 3.4 Oz pistons to gallons with 34.5 Oz pistons. We offer various sizes and models of filling nozzles. Bottom up filling or non-diving option controlled on the electric panel. Air over oil on pneumatic cylinders is optional when precise movements are required. Bottle counter is standard on our machines. Electronic, electric and pneumatic components from the best manufacturers operate our machines with minimum interruptions. All our machines are CAD Designed and CNC fabricated on our shop to ensure quality and reliability.
