Coding in Evolution
The new JET4000 Series is the result of experience gained from the previous JET2000 Series which has been completely re-designed and provides new generation avant-garde solutions. Available to the user are applications covering a very wide number of industrial fields to enhance productivity and efficiency.
The Series has an innovative management system that includes ink viscosity and ink temperature control. In addition, it combines a stability unique of its kind with a highly economical use of consumables, thus always ensuring perfect printing quality.

Consistency and Stability
Its tough stainless steel case and streamline design afford the JET4000 Series a high degree of IP protection (IP54 CUSTOM model and IP65 ADVANCE model). This enables the user to operate the machine with the greatest of ease, coping with environments that are particularly problematical (high level of humidity, exposure to water jets and fine dust). The JET4000 can be quickly and easily installed alongside any production line because of its compact design.

The innovative and simplified printhead reduces maintenance to the bare minimum.

Reliability and Simplicity
By touching the START/STOP Button, the machine can be quickly started up or switched off with automatic printhead cleaning with solvent.
The large-size keyboard allows any section operator and authorized personnel only to have a simple means of access. In addition, the user has at his disposal a variety of foreign characters, including Arabic, Cyrillic and Chinese, all of which are visualised on a bright and neat graphic display of 240 x 128 points. A state-of-the-art electronic control based on SMD technology, guarantees stability, rapid performance, memory, offering solutions to the most complex of calculations.

Quality Inks
Zanasi continues to be engaged in the research and development of new ink formula so as to ensure that its printing systems are highly efficient and never fail to comply with new safety norms. For the purpose of satisfying various industrial applications, a complete range of inks is available being based on MEK, Ethanol, Pigments, UV for anti-counterfeit purposes and Food-grade inks. These help to complete the various ways of the JET4000 Series to solve any kind of problem that relate to coding.

Total Integration
The JET4000 is now available for direct interfacing with the most common industrial equipment, namely, PCs, PLCs, Scanners, Electronic Scales, Encoders and Optical sensors.
The report manager is unique feature allowing real time data about products that have been printed by the Zanasi printer. This feature provides the user with a count of how many products have been thru the production line and passed the Zanasi printer.
