Specifications

Simple, Reliable Operation		ACASI cappers are very easy to install, don't require highly trained operators and are guaranteed for 18 months.

Capping System		Containers held in place by lateral belts pick up de caps that will screw in place by rotary tangent discs.

Versatility		Standard equipment doesn't require change parts to work with a wide range of products, from vials to gallons. Simple turning of knobs adjusts cap delivery, cap size, cap height , torque machine height, belt separation, etc.

Bottle Gripper Belts		Reinforced gripper belt drive system comes standard with one set of belts, we also offer multiple belts (2 or 3 on each side) Material, size and separation of the belts are custom designed for each customer.

Centrifugal Cap Feeder		New centrifugal cap feeder with 32 inch diameter bowl model CU 5000, capable of orienting a wide range of caps from 10 mm to 90 mm in diameter and from 0.375 in to 2.5 inches in height.

Cap Rejecting Sensor		One fiber optic sensor comes standard with our machines, additional sensors (optic, proximity, camera type) can be added for hard to orient caps.

Capping Discs		3 sets of individual self centering adjustable capping discs.

Cap Shoe and C		The design on the cap shoe and C allows a wide range of changeovers without additional tooling. From 10 mm to 110 mm in diameter and from 0.375 in to 2.5 inches in height.

Cap Hopper		We offer vibratory and inclined hoppers, this are normally activated by a cap level sensor installed in the cap feeder.

Cap Under Demand		A fiber optic sensor activates or shuts down the cap feeder according to the demand of caps under operation.

Portability		C frame design mounted on heavy duty casters allows for the machine to be easily moved and installed to customers conveyors.

Height Adjustment		14 inches height adjustment by 7000 pound mechanical jack.

Our Secret		CAD design and CNC fabrication allows us to deliver reliable, durable and affordable machines. Electronic and pneumatic components of the best manufacturers bring operation with minimum interruptions.

Torque Adjustment		Individual adjustable clutch can be installed on each capping disc. This will improve torque control, disc life and will minimize cap marking.

Electric Panel		In this panel you can control each machine function independently Capping discs speed, gripper belt speed, cap sorter speed and cap hopper vibration or speed.

Production Speeds		The machine can achieve speeds of up to 250 bottles per minute depending on cap size and design, bottle size and design, material of the cap and bottle.

Options		1) Pressure cap attachment. (The machine will work both will threaded caps and pressure caps) 2) Different design cap hopper, feeder. 3) Double or triple gripper belts. 4) Special tooling for hard to orient caps
